Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the speaker, along with all original cables, manuals, and accessories, back into its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
